I know Prudhvi personally and I can say that he is a person with high spirits and enthusiasm. From various interactions I had with him, I can safely assume that he could become a good team player.

I was the Client working with Prudhvi as Project Manager and the Team on the Online noticeboard project for Jesmond Library. carried out by Prudhvi and his team as part of his MSc I am one of the Trustees of Jesmond Library, and also Trustee and Secretary of Jesmond Community Forum. Prudhvi managed the project team really well and, from my perspective, managed to bring out the strengths of each team members in constructing, designing and delivering a website which exceeded my expectations. He was always very polite and communicated well when meeting with myself. others from Jesmond Library and the Jesmond community during the project and delivered the more formal presentations well. . The success of a project like this depends, I think, upon utilising all the skills enthusiasm and strengths of the team , which clearly Prudhvi has done , but also on developing a good working relationship with the client to enable a clear understanding between the client and project team about what is required , what is deliverable , how it can be best be delivered and creating opportunities during the life of the project for feedback and suggestions from. the client..I experienced all this in this Project, - we have been handed over a website which does everything we asked for - for which Prudhvi as Project Manager must take a lot of the
